Springerle Cookies

Springerle is a type of German biscuit with an embossed design made by pressing a mold onto rolled dough and allowing the impression to dry before baking. This preserves the detail of the surface pattern.

All my molds are from House on the Hill. If you would like to order any of these as cookies, please include the design, type of cookie, and if you choose the Springerle, include the flavor, one flavor per batch please, but you may choose several designs per batch.
